     Seven states in India join in the championship . Each team plays 6 nos. league matches .Top 4(Four) teams  play semi-final. Host state, Orissa have two teams, Orissa A & Orissa B. Players from different parts of India have provided with free accommodation and free food during this championship. No joining fee for teams.
